In January The Bronx market saw a total dollar volume of $109,276,432 with
27 sales and 33 properties across the borough, which is slight decrease from last month's $115.84 Million. However, the transaction volume is drastically higher compared to December's 18 sales.
Multifamily saw the most activity with 13 properties sold in January.
The average multifamily price per square foot was $323, and Fordham was the most active regarding transactions.
